Dr. Andreotti received his Doctor of Psychology degree in School-Community Psychology from Hofstra University. Dr. Andreotti’s early training included psychoeducational assessment of children, adolescents and teens for various learning difficulties. In addition, his training focused on methods of preventing mental illness in various populations. His early experience included working with children through the entire school-age range (from Pre-Kindergarten to High School).
Dr. Andreotti earned a certification in Clinical Neuropsychology through Fielding University. He has experience conducting neuropsychological evaluations of learning difficulties and clinical disorders. He regularly consults with attorneys and advocates on appropriate educational services and best practices in assessment.
Dr. Andreotti’s clinical experience included both school-based and community based mental health. He has extensive experience with severe and persistent mental illness while working within inpatient psychiatric hospitals in the community and in the prison system. Dr. Andreotti also has extensive experience working with the foster care system and the school system. EDUCATION:
